SHLOMO ABRAMSON
Shlomo is a professional musician, performer, chazzan, and DJ.
Oh, and he's a licensed optometrist too.
He has performed countless concerts, events and gigs in Israel and the US.
Shlomo is available for Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Chuppahs, engagement parties, musical davenings (prayers) and intimate home concerts.
BIO
Shlomo has been writing, playing, and performing music since his high school years. Raised in Jerusalem, at the age of 18 he formed "The Footsteps", a Jewish rock-pop duo with his good friend, Udi Wertzberger. They put out two albums.
He released another album under Project Hagesher titled "Later On", a collaboration with the great songwriter (and good friend) George Freudenstein.
For the past 11 years, Shlomo has been the official High Holidays Cantor at the Moses Montefiore Anshe Emunah (MMAE) Synagogue in Baltimore, MD, and during the year he's a Chazzan-in-residence at the Shir Chadash Synagogue in Jerusalem.
Shlomo's performed at many concerts and smachot: Alongside his brother, Naftali Abramson, his friend Yitzchak Meir, and more recently playing and DJ-ing Weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, engagement parties, musical davenings (prayers) and intimate home gigs.
Shlomo lives in Neve Daniel with his wife Nechama, and their five children.
